Getting to Rose Valley Lake
To get to Rose Valley Lake from Williamsport, take Market Street north which turns into Blooming Grove Road and go to Balls Mills. Turn right, then left onto Rose Valley Road. Follow Rose Valley Road north, past Pleasant Valley Road, and turn right on English Road. Follow English Road to the South Access.
